21 Week Belly

A little over 5 months
We have made it past the half way mark!!!
This pregnancy is going by much faster than the 1st. I feel really good and am enjoying feeling the baby move. The other morning I was laying in bed and felt him a ton. I could not help but smile. For the first time I got really excited to meet our little boy. My belly is getting bigger by the day. I feel like I look so much more pregnant than my friends who are due before me.... (The joys of being short with no space for the baby to grow but out)
Our little man is now weighing about 1 pound and is 8 inches long.

Pumpkin Carving

The Ritter's have made pumpkin carving one of my favorite traditions of the year. Jeremy, Janelle and I starting this 6 years ago and it has just gotten bigger and better every year. Grandma Spike took over the tradition and we have been having a garage party for the past 3 years. And once again Spike out did herself. THANK YOU Mama Jan for a FUN evening!

Can't wait for next year!!!

Disneyland

Kaylee and I went to Disneyland last week for the first time in over a month or two. I wanted to be sure to go while it was decorated for Halloween.

Mommy, Kaylee and Baby Parker in the belly (5 months)

My lucky girl got a big sucker.

I keep debating about renewing my pass next year but every time we go Kaylee loves it even more. She has SO much fun or should I say we have so much fun it makes me want to get a pass again next year. I always leave feeling so blessed and thankful that I get to stay home with her and do fun things like this.

The little H.A.M.
I love this age and all the joy I get seeing Kaylee so excited about all the little things. Holidays are SO much better with kids!

Nana turns 80!

Happy 80th Birthday Nana
Kaylee and her great Grandma

I think little Miss Kaylee had A LOT of fun!
We went to Vegas over the weekend to surprise Nana for her 80th birthday. She lives about 15 minutes away from the strip. A lot of the family was able to come and celebrate which was really fun. Thank you Grandma Spike for planning another great family memory.

19 weeks

Yahoo!!! We have just about made it half way. The past 6 weeks have flown by probably because I am feeling really good and have been so busy. I don't know why but I love looking back of belly pics when I was pregnant with Kaylee to compare my growing belly. And wow have I grown... I definitely look pregnant and have stranger asking me how far along I am. This stage is for sure my favorite time of pregnancy.

&

19 week belly with Parker (below)

I feel like I look about the same but was caring higher with Kaylee.

We got to see our little man last week for his big ultra sound. He is looking great and healthy! Which is a wonderful feeling. Parker is now about 10 ounces and 6.5 inched long from crown to rump. The size of a small cantaloupe!

We moved...

Over the past couple of weeks we have been busy moving... We finally sold our condo and are in a house that has more space for our growing family. We are super happy to have a new place with room for Kaylee to play, a backyard for Harley and enough space to entertain guests. But at the same time the move was a little bitter sweet for me. I am actually going to miss our condo for many different reasons...
  • We have had so many great memories there. It's the first place Jeremy and I owned together, the only place Harley has lived, the place we brought our baby girl home from the hospital.
  • We now live on the other side of town from all of our family. Grandma Spike and Auntie Nellie lived in the same track, Josh and Megs were in the track across the street and Kurty lived 2 streets over. We are still close but no longer walking distance.
  • I will miss my walks in the old neighborhood. I knew exactly how long they were and I got to walk with my mother in law or sisters weekly.
  • The cute park we had Kaylee's 1st birthday party at, jacuzzi night with my little family.
  • And just the our cozy little place we made our home for the past 5 years.

(Kaylee and Daddy loving our new house)
Although there are many things we will miss about our old house we have a ton to look forward to at our new house... The one I think we are all most excited about is bringing home our new little man.

Kaylee LOVES the big bath in our room

so do Hailee and Hanna

Last night we has some friends over for dinner... 6 kids and 7 adults and it did not feel crowded.
Kaylee got a new big girl bed and is doing awesome. I was a little scared about the transition but she surprised me and has done amazing. I'm so proud of our big girl.
We love our new neighborhood. It is very kid and family friendly, has a great pool and park. And we live in the same track as our great friends. So we look forward to creating many new memories here.

Happy Birthday Harley

Today is Harley's 4th birthday!
Time has gone by so fast I can't believe he is 4 already.
We love you Harley!!

A Date with my mom...

My Mom and I went to Carrie Underwood last week and had a so much fun. The concert was at the Hollywood Bowl... I must say I don't think I will go to another concert there. The drive took over 2 hours and parking was crazy. It took us over an hour just to get on the freeway after the concert. We did love the show she was awesome!

I love you Mom!

Sept. River Trip

We went to the river a couple weeks back. We stayed at the Reynolds new house and it was great. Kaylee and Hudson had a ton of fun while the adults got to relax. Uncle Kurty was in heaven being able to fish right out back!
